Iconic Ventures, LLC is a Florida-based limited liability company specializing in venture capital, angel investing, project finance, and other business ventures. We are primarily interested in projects that create jobs, improve our environment, and entertain.We are presently seeking well-managed projects with interested investors that require collateralization prior to completion of funding.

We place assets into escrow to over-collateralize your cash investor's equity position as a risk-mitigation strategy. We do not collateralize loans, and we do not provide cash investment. If you do not presently have interested equity investors, we will not help you find them.

Our sole niche is providing collateral as a catalyst to encourage your cash investor to take a controlled risk as an equity investor in your company. In return for taking the lion's share of the risk in your venture, we receive a collateralization fee at closing and an equity position in your company, typically equal to that of the cash investor. However, we prefer that total equity expended is less than a controlling interest so that you maintain control and ownership of your company along with the accompanying incentive to succeed.
